I was brought to yoga many years ago when as a classical pianist I was looking for ways to calm my nerves before my concerts.

Since then I have made 20 dvds, released several musical cds and published my book Yoga for Real Life, which has now been translated in to 8 languages and has sold more  than 100,000 copies.  I love to teach and to see the transformation in my students and I therefore travel the world to attend yoga conferences and host workshops and retreats.  I also  have my own school of yoga and do  Teacher Training courses   which are based on Kundalini yoga, but also Qi Gong, Tai Chi and many other disciplines.  I love music and I strongly believe that the use of vibration and mantras have a powerful healing effect on us all, particularly when used in combination with my yoga. So i write my own music for all of my videos and workshops , using the high frequencies 528, 432 which have instant healing effect on our bodies and mind.

As a child, I sought out moments to express myself and find magic through movement, dance, music and quiet spaces of stillness and reflection. I connected with others through teaching and practicing what I would later discover as Yoga and Meditation. After completing my Masters in Education at the University of Miami, I moved back to Los Angeles to teach Kindergarten. It was there that I discovered the importance of bringing Yoga and Meditation into my students’ lives.

I began working with Mothers and specializing in Pre + Post Natal yoga during my first pregnancy in 2003. Tracee Stanley

I have been studying Yoga and Tantra since 1995. My introduction to yoga was through the practice of Kundalini Yoga where I was fortunate enough to practice with Yogi Bhajan on several of his visits to Yoga West in Los Angeles. Being in the presence of this great teacher gave me a glimpse into the true power of Yoga. Soon after I was introduced to the practice of Hatha yoga and became passionate about sharing how yoga had changed my life with anyone who would listen. At the time I was a high level executive in the film industry and my practice provided the balance, clarity and perspective that I needed to stay calm in the midst of chaos. After reading a translation of the Yoga Sutra’s, I went on a quest for a teacher who could impart the deeper teachings and the promise of Yoga. It was then that I met my teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker and was initiated into the lineage of Sri Vidya.
