I was brought to yoga many years ago when as a classical pianist I was looking for ways to calm my nerves before my concerts.
Since then I have made 20 dvds, released several musical cds and published my book Yoga for Real Life, which has now been translated in to 8 languages and has sold more than 100,000 copies. I love to teach and to see the transformation in my students and I therefore travel the world to attend yoga conferences and host workshops and retreats. I also have my own school of yoga and do Teacher Training courses which are based on Kundalini yoga, but also Qi Gong, Tai Chi and many other disciplines. I love music and I strongly believe that the use of vibration and mantras have a powerful healing effect on us all, particularly when used in combination with my yoga. So i write my own music for all of my videos and workshops , using the high frequencies 528, 432 which have instant healing effect on our bodies and mind.

Sara began formal dance training at age 4 gaining a deep understanding of movement at a young age. As a child the Florida native was always found outdoors, swimming, biking, creating dance routines, or climbing trees often without shoes. Her years of formal dance and natural island girl nature laid down the foundation that fitness should be FUN, and shoes are not always needed.
Sara established her love for Yoga at age 13. In her early 20’s she went on an esoteric journey, on which she became a Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Pranic healer. This journey landed her in Hawaii, where she felt a deep earth energy connection, and started her own Yoga and Fitness companies. Zach is the host of both the “It’s All Happening with Zach Leary” podcast and “The MAPS Podcast.” They have helped to cement him as one of the most thought provoking podcasters in the cultural philosophy genre of podcasting. He’s also a blogger/writer, a futurist, spiritualist, a technology consultant and socio-cultural theorist.
In all of Zach’s work he blends his roles as a spiritual aspirant and a futurist into a unique identity all his own. In addition to bhakti yoga, Zach is influenced by many different methods and traditions of consciousness exploration ranging from trans-humanism to buddhism and clinical psychology. Zach is also a frequent pundit on the political systems that are fueling todays economic and cultural structures. At the core of all of Zach’s work is the belief that we have been fused together by the collective practice of using technology to expand our species imagination with spirituality and mysticism to define the very nature of who we are.

I have been teaching Yoga + Meditation in the Los Angeles area since 1998. I am a California girl raised in Colombia and Miami with a lifelong passion for teaching. As a child, I sought out moments to express myself and find magic through movement, dance, music and quiet spaces of stillness and reflection. I connected with others through teaching and practicing what I would later discover as Yoga and Meditation. After completing my Masters in Education at the University of Miami, I moved back to Los Angeles to teach Kindergarten. It was there that I discovered the importance of bringing Yoga and Meditation into my students’ lives.
I began working with Mothers and specializing in Pre + Post Natal yoga during my first pregnancy in 2003. My practice and teaching became the greatest tools for me to embrace this powerful metamorphosis. They taught me to tune into myself, listen to my body and trust this humbling and magnificent process.

After years of competitive sports and physical training, Charlie took his first yoga class in 1995, hoping to increase his flexibility and balance. What he found was both a passion and a practice, where he could create strength and experience physical and psychospiritual openness in a serene, non-competitive environment. For over a decade Charlie practiced and studied variously under Maty Ezraty, Lisa Walford, Heather Duplex, Malachi Melville, and Julie Kleinman.
He began teaching in 2005, emphasizing (though not limited to) Ashtanga and Iyenger methods. His teaching style focuses on mindfulness and presence, attention to breath, alignment, and movement/flow, all leading to stillness.
As his many students will attest, Charlie has a natural talent to create a peaceful environment where ego release, mental calmness and emotional openness naturally lead to self-acceptance and growth. When Charlie is not in the yoga studio, you’ll find him rock climbing, hiking, and mountain unicycling.

I have been studying Yoga and Tantra since 1995. My introduction to yoga was through the practice of Kundalini Yoga where I was fortunate enough to practice with Yogi Bhajan on several of his visits to Yoga West in Los Angeles. Being in the presence of this great teacher gave me a glimpse into the true power of Yoga. Soon after I was introduced to the practice of Hatha yoga and became passionate about sharing how yoga had changed my life with anyone who would listen. At the time I was a high level executive in the film industry and my practice provided the balance, clarity and perspective that I needed to stay calm in the midst of chaos. After reading a translation of the Yoga Sutra’s, I went on a quest for a teacher who could impart the deeper teachings and the promise of Yoga. It was then that I met my teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker and was initiated into the lineage of Sri Vidya.
